The Mad Dog of the Duke’s Estate

Kyne Rator devoted his entire life to serving an evil emperor as his most loyal blade. In the end, his unwavering loyalty is rewarded with betrayal when he is killed by his closest friend, Halo Reston.

Instead of dying, Kyne is reborn as Caron Reston, the youngest grandson of Halo himself. Determined not to repeat the mistakes of his previous life, Caron swears that he will never again become someone else’s weapon. His only goal is to grow strong enough that no one can ever control him.

However, fate refuses to let him escape his past. After being chosen by the mysterious oath stone, Caron is drawn back into the conflicts he hoped to leave behind as the lingering influence of the evil emperor begins to awaken once more.

Now known as the mad dog of House Reston, Caron must confront old enemies, hidden truths, and the weight of his former life while fighting to forge a future that belongs to him alone.
