Bones and Petals

In a world where humans and vampires exist in a precarious balance, Jess—a vampire driven by primal thirst—falls into a lethal human trap. Stripped of his freedom, he is cast into the lightless depths of a slave camp’s basement. The camp’s warden, Philip, subjects Jess to a series of brutal experiments and torture, desperate to find a cure for his own genetic affliction. Yet, Jess remains a medical anomaly; unlike others of his kind, his legendary regenerative powers fail to trigger.

Seeing his “specimen” wither, Philip halts the experiments and shackles Jess to Johan, a disgraced former doctor. Johan is given a single, cold ultimatum: he will never leave the dungeon until the vampire is fully recovered. To earn his freedom, Johan patiently works to dismantle the walls around the wary Jess, eventually finding himself dangerously captivated by the vampire’s dark mystery. Sensing an opportunity, Jess feigns affection, manipulating Johan’s growing obsession to orchestrate a desperate escape.

But as the line between cold calculation and genuine desire begins to blur, both must face a harrowing reality. Even if they break their chains, can they truly outrun the monsters they’ve become, or will the world outside prove to be a different kind of hell?
